Notice of Public Hearing for:
Proposed Amendments to the Subdivision Rules & Regulations
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 6:30 PM in Room 205, Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, on amendments to the Planning Board’s Subdivision Rules & Regulations:
Revise Chapter 401, Section 401-13 (Performance Guarantee) to delete Items 2.b and 2.c, and adding a new Section 401-16.2 (Partial Performance Release).
Full text of the proposed amendment can be reviewed at the Planning Department office during regular Town Hall office hours.
