Building Department

ELECTRONIC PERMITTING LINK

You can use PermitLink to:

  • Apply for a permit
  • Check the status of a permit
  • Review permits on properties

To apply, you would need to complete a one-time registration.  If you want to review permits without registering, you can log in with “guest view.”

Incomplete applications will not be processed until payment and all required forms have been submitted.  Most building permits require that you attach a copy of the contract showing contract price (signed by homeowner/owner), certificate of insurance, plans and specs/calcs if applicable.

If the status is “incomplete,” you will be emailed what additional materials are required to process your permit.  (Please check your email junk folder if you did not receive an email.)

When your permit is approved, the permit will be emailed to you. Permits must be posted on the job site or an inspection may not occur.
