Notice of Public Hearing for:

Site Plan for new industrial building & Special Permit for parking reduction

Pursuant to Sections 301-6.4 (Site Plan Review) and 301-3.2.2 (Parking & Loading Requirements) of the Town of Sterling Protective Bylaws, notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 6:30 PM in Room 205, Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, to review a site plan for a new 14,000 square foot industrial building and a reduction in parking at 14 Legate Hill Road (Tax Map 24, Lot 14). The applicant is Broomfield Laboratories Inc.

A copy of the site plan can be reviewed at the Planning Department office during regular Town Hall office hours. - Sterling Planning Board
