Notice of Public Hearing for:
Tree Removal on a Scenic Road (#17 Mortimer Road)
Pursuant to Chapter 150 (Scenic Roads) of the Town of Sterling General Bylaws, notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 6:30 PM in Room 205, Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, to consider an application from Pamela Dell to remove a tree from #17 Mortimer Road (Tax Map 157-8), a designated Scenic Road.
A copy of the tree removal application can be reviewed at the Planning Department office during regular Town Hall office hours.
