Notice of Public Hearing for:

Site Plan for Change of Use at #78 Worcester Road

Pursuant to Section 301-6.4 (Site Plan Review) of the Town of Sterling Protective Bylaws, notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 6:30 PM in Room 205, Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, to review a site plan for:

A change of use at #78 Worcester Road (Tax Map 137, Lots 3, 4 & 5): changing from a hardscape construction company to a fencing business (retail, display, sale, installation, and inventory storage of fencing equipment and products) in a Commercial District. Applicant: New England Fencing, Inc. Owner: Max Construction, Inc.

A copy of the site plan can be reviewed at the Town Clerk’s office and the Planning Department office during regular Town Hall office hours.
