Notice is hereby given that an application for has been filed with the Select Board by AF Amorello & Sons, Inc. for an Earth Removal permit per Article 63 of the Town of Sterling’s General Bylaws at a property located at 69 Leominster Road, Sterling MA, Parcel ID 85-50.  The property is located in the Light Industrial zoning district.

The public hearing will be held on December 7, 2022 at 6:35 pm (continued from October 26th) at the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, Room 205, 1 Park Street, Sterling, MA.  Any person wishing to be heard should be present in person at said time before the Board.  A copy of this application is on file and available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
