A Public Hearing will be convened on November 9, 2022 at the Butterick Building, 1 Park St., Sterling, Room 205 at 6:35. The Sterling Select Board will hold a hearing regarding the release of Chapter 61A land at 53 Holden Road (a portion of the land Deeded in Ref. Book 55622, Page 251 and under tax lien in Book 57053, page 168 – Assessor’s map 119 / Parcel 41, at approximately 5 acres).
Tax Classification Hearing
The Sterling Select Board, in Coordination with the Sterling Board of Assessors, will hold a public hearing for Sterling's Tax Classification on Wednesday, November 9th, 2022 at 6:45 pm. The hearing serves to establish the relative tax burden to be borne by residential, commercial, industrial and personal property sectors.
