BOARD OF APPEALS

48 Redstone Hill Road (Parcel ID 86-37)

Notice is hereby given that an application has been filed with the Sterling Zoning Board of Appeals.   Joseph and Joy Day seek a Special Permit to allow for the extension, alteration, or change to a pre-existing non-conforming structure for the purposes of building a front porch (Article 301-2.5, Section 301-2.2.4(5)(a) at a property located at 48 Redstone Hill Road, Sterling MA, Parcel ID 86-37.  The property is located in the Neighborhood Residential zoning district.

A public hearing for this application will be held at the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, Room 205, 1 Park Street, Sterling on February 13, 2024 at 6:00 pm, at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to allowance on this application.

Notice is hereby given that an application has been filed with the Sterling Zoning Board of Appeals.  Deborah Berube seeks a Special Permit to allow for a food truck in the light industrial zoning district (Article 301-2.3, Section 301-2.3(C)(14) at a property located at 1 Chocksett Road, Sterling MA, Parcel ID 66-27.  The property is located the Light Industrial zoning district and partially within Groundwater Protection zoning district

A public hearing for this application will be held at the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, Room 205, 1 Park Street, Sterling on February 13, 2024 at 6:10 pm, at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to allowance on this application.
