Notice is hereby given that an application has been filed with the Sterling Zoning Board of Appeals. Joseph and Joy Day seek a Special Permit to allow for the extension, alteration, or change to a pre-existing non-conforming structure for the purposes of building a front porch (Article 301-2.5, Section 301-2.2.4(5)(a) at a property located at 48 Redstone Hill Road, Sterling MA, Parcel ID 86-37. The property is located in the Neighborhood Residential zoning district.
A public hearing for this application will be held at the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, Room 205, 1 Park Street, Sterling on February 13, 2024 at 6:00 pm, at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to allowance on this application.

Deborah Berube seeks a Special Permit to allow for a food truck in the light industrial zoning district (Article 301-2.3, Section 301-2.3(C)(14) at a property located at 1 Chocksett Road, Sterling MA, Parcel ID 66-27. The property is located the Light Industrial zoning district and partially within Groundwater Protection zoning district
