Notice is hereby given that a petition has been filed with the Sterling Zoning Board of Appeals by Barbara J. Stanney and Gail E. Merrill for a Variance from frontage requirements for the purposes of creating buildable lot for a single family house (Article 301-2.5, Section 301-2.5.1, of the Sterling Protective Bylaws). The property is located at 3 Charles Patten Drive, Sterling, MA, Parcel ID 92-28, and is located in the Neighborhood Residential zoning district.
A public hearing for this application will be held at the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, Room 205, 1 Park Street, Sterling on November 14, 2023 at 6:00 pm, at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to allowance on this application.
A copy of this petition is on file at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
