Notice of Public Hearing for:
Application for renewal of an earth removal permit for AF Amorello at #69 Leominster Road
Pursuant to Chapter 63 (Earth Removal) of the Town of Sterling General Bylaws, notice is hereby given that the Select Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at 6:35 PM in Room 205, Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, to review an application for renewing the earth removal permit for property located at #69 Leominster Road (Tax Map 85, Lot 50), Applicant/owner: AF Amorello.
A copy of the earth removal permit application can be reviewed at the Town Clerk’s office and the Planning Department office during regular Town Hall office hours.
