A Public Hearing will be convened on September 27, 2023 at the Butterick Building, 1 Park Street, Sterling, Room 205 at 6:30. The Sterling Select Board will hold a hearing regarding the release of Chapter 61A land at 56 Kendall Hill Road. 60’x 62’ plus access road to be leased for placement of a cell tower (Deed ref. Book 554746, Page 324. Lien ref. Book 58171 Page 87 at the Worcester Registry of Deeds). The public is welcome to attend.
Continuation of Public Hearing - Application for renewal of an earth removal permit for #17 Stone Crest Way
Pursuant to Chapter 63 (Earth Removal) of the Town of Sterling General Bylaws, notice is hereby given that the Select Board will continue their public hearing on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 6:30 PM in Room 205, Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, to review an application for renewing the earth removal permit for property located at #17 Stone Crest Way (Tax Map 71, Lots 1, 2, 3 & 23, Tax Map 72, Lot 49), Applicant: The Grands LLC & Love4Grands LLC (Onyx Corporation).
A copy of the earth removal permit application and plans can be reviewed at the Town Clerk’s office and the Planning Department office during regular Town Hall office hours.
