Application for renewal of an earth removal permit for #17 Stone Crest Way
Pursuant to Chapter 63 (Earth Removal) of the Town of Sterling General Bylaws, notice is hereby given that the Select Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 6:30 PM in Room 205, Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, to review an application for renewing the earth removal permit for property located at #17 Stone Crest Way (Tax Map 71, Lots 1, 2, 3 & 23, Tax Map 72, Lot 49), Applicant: The Grands LLC & Love4Grands LLC (Onyx Corporation).
A copy of the earth removal permit application and plans can be reviewed at the Town Clerk’s office and the Planning Department office during regular Town Hall office hours.
