Notice is hereby given that an application for has been filed with the Select Board by AF Amorello & Sons, Inc. for an Earth Removal permit per Article 63 of the Town of Sterling’s General Bylaws at a property located at 69 Leominster Road, Sterling MA, Parcel ID 85-50.  The property is located in the Light Industrial zoning district.

The public hearing will be held on September 28, 2022 at 6:35 pm (continued from August 3 and August 31) at the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, Room 205, 1 Park Street, Sterling, MA.  Any person wishing to be heard should be present in person at said time before the Board.  A copy of this application is on file and available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.

Notice is hereby given under provisions of Chapter 138 of the MGL, that Rajendrakumar Patel, Hanumant Corp. has applied for a transfer of an All Alcohol Package store license from Candice Wong Corp, DBA Sterling Deli and Convenience, at 50 Leominster Road, Suite 2.
