PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE 

EARTH REMOVAL 

“Off” Leominster Road, 0 Leominster Road & 7 Chocksett Road 

(Parcel IDs 71-1, 71-2, 71-23) 

                                                                                   

 

Notice is hereby given that an application for has been filed with the Select Board by The Grands, LLC & Love4Grands LLC for an Earth Removal permit per Article 63 of the Town of Sterling’s General Bylaws at properties located at “off” Leominster Road, 0 Leominster Road and 7 Chocksett Road, Sterling MA, Parcel IDs 71-1, 71-2, 71-23.  The property is located in the Light Industrial zoning district.

 

The public hearing will be held on May 11, 2022 at 6:35 pm at the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, Room 205, 1 Park Street, Sterling, MA.  Any person wishing to be heard should be present in person at said time before the Board.  A copy of this application is on file and available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
