Notice is hereby given that an application for has been filed with the Select Board by Sterling Real Estate Development, Inc. for an Earth Removal permit per Article 63 of the Town of Sterling’s General Bylaws at a property located at 68 Heywood Road, Sterling MA, Parcel ID 21-4.  The property is located in the Rural Residential & Farming zoning district.

 

The public hearing continuance will be held on October 27, 2021 at 6:30 pm at the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, Room 205, 1 Park Street, Sterling, MA.  Any person wishing to be heard should be present in person at said time before the Board. Or via Zoom.
