BOARD OF APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that an application has been filed with the Sterling Zoning Board of Appeals by Twins Lawn Service for a Special Permit for the purposes of operating a contractor’s yard. (Article 301-2, Section 301-2.3.1, D(5) of the Sterling Protective Bylaws).  The property is located at 110 Worcester Road, Sterling, MA, Parcel ID 126-5, and located in the Commercial zoning district and the Groundwater Protection District.

A public hearing for this application will be held at the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, Room 205, 1 Park Street, Sterling on October 17, 2023 at 6:15 pm, at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to allowance on this application. 

A copy of this petition is on file at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
