Select Board Meeting with Public Hearing and Executive Session

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Sterling Board of Selectmen will be holding a public hearing, in accordance with Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 82, Sections 21-23, to layout the following road:

Primrose Lane

“Subdivision Plan Resubmittal Primrose Lane Sterling, MA,” dated June 20, 2022, prepared by Cabco Consult, recorded with the Worcester South District Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 965, Plan 71.

The hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 starting at 6:35 PM in the Select Board Meeting Room (205) located in the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, Sterling, MA.

Anyone wishing to comment on the layout of this road may view the plans in the Town Clerk’s office, attend the hearing(s) or submit in writing any comments regarding this road acceptance.
