The Sterling Select Board will hold a hearing regarding the release of Chapter 61A land. Two parcels on Roper Road will be discussed. Lots 12 and 13 (Deed Ref. Book 6059, Page 338 – Assessor’s map 18, Parcel 17 at 2.846+ and 3.27+ acres, respectively). Anyone wishing to ask questions, regarding these properties, is welcome to attend via Zoom.
