Pursuant to Section 301-3.4.2 (Access) of the Town of Sterling Protective Bylaws, notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at 6:30 PM in Room 205, Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, to review a Special Permit application for a shared driveway on James Patten Road (Tax Map 92, Lot 108), James Simpson applicant.
