Notice of Public Meeting for:
Site Plan for Property Change of Use
Pursuant to Section 301-6.4 (Site Plan Review) of the Town of Sterling Protective Bylaws, notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public meeting on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 6:30 PM in Room 205, Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, to review a Site Plan for a change of use at 110 Worcester Road (Tax Map 126, Lot 5), changing from commercial heating contractor yard to a lawn care service. The applicant is Twin Lawn Service LLC.
A copy of the site plan can be reviewed at the Planning Department office during regular Town Hall office hours. - Sterling Planning Board
