Notice of Public Hearing for:
Proposed Zoning Amendments Pursuant to MGL, Chapter 40A, Section 5
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 6:30 PM in Room 205, Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, on an amendment to the Town of Sterling Protective Bylaw:
Adding the various types of kennels found in the Definitions of Terms (Section 301-5.4) to the Protective Bylaw’s Use Regulations (Section 301-2.3).
Full text of the proposed zoning amendments can be reviewed at the Town Clerk’s office and the Planning Department office during regular Town Hall office hours.
