Notice of Public Hearing for:
Proposed Zoning Amendment Pursuant to MGL, Chapter 40A, Section 5
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 6:30 PM in Room 205, Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, on an amendment to the Town of Sterling Protective Bylaw:
Make several revisions to the Multifamily Development bylaw (Section 301-4.2) in regards to:
-- Larger minimum lot sizes,
-- Types of land that can be included in the minimum lot size,
-- Limiting the number of units per building, and
-- Increasing the distance between buildings for duplexes.
Full text of the proposed zoning amendment can be reviewed at the Town Clerk’s office and the Planning Department office during regular Town Hall office hours.
