Notice of Public Meeting for:

Site Plan for new multi-family housing development (Chocksett Landing)

Pursuant to Section 301-6.4 (Site Plan Review) of the Town of Sterling Protective Bylaws, notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public meeting on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 6:30 PM in Room 205, Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, to review a site plan for a new multi-family development, 16 duplex dwellings with 700 feet of new roadway that connects to Clinton Road. The subject property is 100 Clinton Road (Tax Map 70-2.1). Applicant: CD Corrinne Builders Inc.

A copy of the site plan can be reviewed at the Town Clerk’s office and the Planning Department office during regular Town Hall office hours.
