Notice of Public Hearing for:

Site Plan for Accessory Building at #3 Chocksett Road

Pursuant to Section 301-6.4 (Site Plan Review) of the Town of Sterling Protective Bylaws, notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 6:30 PM in Room 205, Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, to review a site plan for a 3,200 sq. ft. accessory building to be located within the earth removal operation at #3 Chocksett Road (Tax Map 71-1), Applicant: The Grands LLC/Onyx Corporation.

A copy of the site plan can be reviewed at the Town Clerk’s office and the Planning Department office during regular Town Hall office hours.
