Notice of Public Meeting for:
Site Plan for New Cell Tower at 56 Kendall Hill Road (Verizon)
Pursuant to Section 301-6.4 (Site Plan Review) of the Town of Sterling Protective Bylaws, notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public meeting on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 6:30 PM in Room 205, Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, to review a Site Plan for the construction of a new cell tower at 56 Kendall Hill Road (Tax Map 112, Lot 12). The applicant is Cellco Partnership/ Verizon.
A copy of the site plan can be reviewed at the Planning Department office during regular Town Hall office hours. - Sterling Planning Board
