Notice of Public Meeting for:
Site Plan for new pavilion
Pursuant to Section 301-6.4 (Site Plan Review) of the Town of Sterling Protective Bylaws, notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public meeting on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 6:30 PM in Room 205, Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, to review a site plan for a new 1,800 square foot open pavilion that will replace the existing 900 square foot pavilion and tent at the 228 In Sterling, 228 Leominster Road, (Tax Map 29, Lot 2). The applicant is FISHCO LLC.
A copy of the site plan can be reviewed at the Planning Department office during regular Town Hall office hours. - Sterling Planning Board
