BOARD OF APPEALS

6 Meetinghouse Hill Road (Parcel ID 93-62)

 

The First Church in Sterling has petitioned the Zoning Board of Appeals on behalf of Village Green Preschool seeking a Variance for relief from the yard setback requirements (Section 2.5.1 of the Protective Bylaws) for the purposes of enlarging a non-conforming storage shed at a property located at 6 Meetinghouse Hill Road, Sterling MA, Parcel ID 93-62. The property is located in the Neighborhood Residential zoning district and partially within the Groundwater Protection Districts.  

A public hearing for this petition will be held at the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, Room 205, 1 Park Street, Sterling on May 14, 2024 at 6:00 pm, at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to allowance on this petition. 

A copy of this petition is on file at the Town Clerk’s Office for review during regular business hours by appointment.
