Beach Guest Pass Request Form

Guest passes may be requested by Sterling residents for use by out of town guests. Permits allow guests to park their vehicles in the Sholan Park Parking Lot without ticketing. 
If you need your pass to be valid for more than 1 day, please contact the office at recreation@sterling-ma.gov.  Begining 2023 MAXIMUM DURATION OF GUEST PASS IS 1 day *subject to change*
Guest Passes will not longer be issued for consecutive days or weeks. 

Guest Passes MUST be requested by the resident, picked up by the resident and signed by the resident to be valid.

Please fill in the required fields below. An email with the information will be sent to the Recreation Office. Requester's will be contacted when the pass is ready for pick-up from the Butterick Municipal Building.

Requests for these passes must be made at least 24 hours in advance Monday through Friday and 48 hours in advance for weekends.  NOTE: the Butterick Municipal building closes Fridays at 11:30 A.M. Guest passes cannot be issued on weekends. Please plan accordingly to ensure we can process your pass and have time for pick-up.
