TOWN OF STERLING CONSERVATION COMMISSION
LEGAL NOTICE- NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Pursuant to MGL ch 131 s 40 as amended there will be a public meeting on a request for a determination by CSX for vegetation management within various rights of way within the town of Sterling in Compliance with Mass General Law Concerning Utility Yearly Operation and 5 year plans.
The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday March 3, 2015 at 8:10 PM in the Butterick Building, 1 Park Street, Sterling Town Hall Room 207 The Public is invited to attend.
Plans are available for viewing at the Commission office by appointment at 978-422-3027.
