LEGAL NOTICE- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to MGL ch 131 s 40 as amended there will be a public hearing on a Notice of Intent by Mass DOT for tree removal to facilitate runway and airport sight distance requirements at Sterling Airport 121 Greenland Road.
The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday January 20, 2015, 2014 at 8:00 PM in the Butterick Building, 1 Park Street, Sterling Town Hall Room 207 The Public is invited to attend.
Plans are available for viewing at the Commission office by appointment at 978-422-3027.
