Notice is hereby given that application has been filed with the Sterling Board of Appeals by Rock Breakers, LLC for a Variance of the Town of Sterling Protective By-laws, Section 2.5.3 for compliance to construct a 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse with an internal ceiling height of 44 feet.

A hearing will be given on this application in the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, Sterling on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 7:05 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to the allowance of this application.

A copy of this petition is on file at the Town Clerk's Office during regular business hours.
