Buying a Property in Sterling

If you are utilizing town water, you must fill out the form below in order to create a water account.  Please fill out the appropriate form below and email the form to DPW@sterling-ma.gov.  To mail the form:  Sterling Water Department, P.O. Box 537, Sterling, MA 01564, or to drop off, come to 171 Worcester Road, Sterling from 7:30 am - 3:00 pm.  Please be aware failure to complete this form can result in having the water at the property shut off.  Our water billing is done quarterly; January, April, July and October.
