RE: Pole Hearing Pursuant to MGL Chapter 166 Section 25
NOTICE: A Pole Hearing will be held on July 21, 2021.
On July 21, 2021 at 6:35 pm in the Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, Room 205, the Sterling Board of Selectmen will hold a Pole Hearing under the petition of the Sterling Municipal Light Department to locate two new poles and anchor. The two new poles will be set on Kendall Hill Rd, Sterling. The new primary pole-line pole will be set in-between poles 33 and 36-1 South-East of Existing Pole 33 Kendall Hill Rd along the roadway. These new poles will assist in eliminating the need for the primary poles going behind 96 Kendall Hill Rd Right of Way. The purposed location will be marked with a stake with RED paint at the top. Maps and additional information may be seen/requested in/from the Selectmen’s office in the Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, Sterling.
