Building Permits & Fee Schedule - ePermitting
Incomplete applications will not be processed until payment and all required forms have been submitted. Most building permits require that you attach a copy of the contract showing contract price (signed by homeowner/owner), certificate of insurance, plans and specs/calcs if applicable.
All permit fees will be DOUBLED if construction has begun without a building permit. A reinspection fee of $75.00 will be charged if the inspection does not pass, or if work is not ready when called to inspect.
Wood, pellet and gas stoves, supplemental heating units and systems are required to be installed with a Building Permit. The permit application can be obtained online or stop by our office. Remember that an Electrical or Gas permit may be required as well to complete your installation.
