TOWN OF STERLING CONSERVATION COMMISSION
LEGAL NOTICE- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to MGL ch 131 s 40 as amended there will be a public hearing on a Notice of Intent by Charles Pillsbury for the construction of a single family home on Lot 1, Map 17 Parcel 42, Tuttle Road.
The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday February 3, 2015, at 7:45 PM in the Butterick
Building, 1 Park Street, Sterling Town Hall Room 207 The Public is invited to attend.
Plans are available for viewing at the Commission office by appointment at 978-422-3027.
