Public Hearing - Conservation Commission - 95 Newall Hill Rd

TOWN OF STERLING CONSERVATION COMMISSION

                                    LEGAL NOTICE- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

                                   

 

Pursuant to MGL ch 131 s 40 as amended there will be a public meeting on a request for a determination by R. Gary Griffin for complete site work associated with a new single family dwelling, including, well, septic, utilities, driveway, foundation and grading at 95 Newall Hill Road.  

 

            The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday September 15, 2015 at 8:00 PM in the Butterick

            Building, 1 Park Street, Sterling Town Hall Room 207 The Public is invited to attend.
