Public Hearing - Conservation Commission - 70 Chace Hill Rd

TOWN OF STERLING CONSERVATION COMMISSION

                                    LEGAL NOTICE- NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

 

                                   

 

Pursuant to MGL ch 131 s 40 as amended there will be a public meeting on a request for a determination by Alan Osmolowski for 70 Chace Hill Road for the  construction of a remedial sewage disposal system for an existing single-family home.  The work  will all take place within the existing lawn in approximately the same area as the existing sewage disposal system.  All of the system components, including fill will be located over 50 feet from the delineated wetlands.  A haybale dike will be installed between all work and the wetland before work begins.  All disturbed areas will be stabilized with loam and seed.

 

            The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday September 15, 2015 at 7:45  PM in the Butterick

            Building, 1 Park Street, Sterling Town Hall Room 207 The Public is invited to attend.
