Notice is hereby given that application has been filed with the Sterling Board of Appeals by Cynthia and Richard Schicho for a Special Permit to build a 878 sq. ft. one-story addition-garage, master bedroom, vestibule, and 166 sq. ft. addition to existing deck on property owned by them and situated on the Southerly side of North Cove Road known as number 14 North Cove Road in said Sterling shown on the Assessors Map Plan Book as Map #134 Lot #36 and being zoned Rural Residential.
A hearing will be given on this application in the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, Sterling on Wednesday December 9, 2009 at 8:05 p.m. at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to the allowance of this application.
A copy of this application is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and may be seen during regular business hours.
