                                  PUBLIC HEARING

 

Pursuant to MGL ch 131 s 40 as amended there will be a public meeting on a request fo a determination by Charles lowe for the placement of a food stand and woodchipping within the buffer zone at 62 Chocksett Road, The hearing will be held in the Butterick Municipal Building 1 Park Street Room 207 at 7:45 PM on Tuesday August 2, 2017. The public is invited to attend. Anyone wishing to view plans may call the commission office Monday through Friday from 8 to 4 PM for an appointment or they mail email for a PDF copy at mmarro@sterling-ma.gov.
