PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
STERLING PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 5, M.G.L., the Sterling Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday April 22, 2009 at 8:00 pm, at the Butterick Municipal Office Building, 1 Park Street, Room 202, Sterling, MA, on the petition of registered voters residing in Sterling to consider amending Section 2.2.4, non-conforming uses and structures, of the Town of Sterling Protective (Zoning) Bylaw to attempt to clarify Section 2.2.4, subsections 1,2,3,5 and 6. The proposed clarifications will be detailed and explained at the Public Hearing by the petitioners.
A full copy of the proposed text is available for inspection in the Town Clerk’s office during regular business hours.
Any person interested, or wishing to be heard on the zoning proposal, should appear at the time and place indicated.
