PUBLIC HEARING
BOARD OF APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that application has been filed with the Sterling Board of Appeals by John A. Meader (lessee) for a Special Permit for open air display area: outdoor retail sales special permit to display products 20' from property lines on property owned by Denmik, LLC and situated on the Easterly side of Worcester Road known as number 23 Worcester Road in said Sterling shown in the Assessors Map Plan Book as Map # 156 Lot # 1 and being zoned Commercial.
A hearing will be given on this application in the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, Sterling on Tuesday, April 13th , 2010 at 7:35 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to the allowance of this application.
A copy of this petition is on file at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
