Notice is hereby given that application has been filed with the Sterling Board of Appeals by Mathew Scannell and Katherine Fiamingo for a Special Permit to add a small addition of 5'9" x 3'0" along the southwest side of their house. The expansion would allow for a better egress into the kitchen from the exterior door and would allow them to properly place appliances in an energy efficient configuration on property owned by them and situated on the Southerly side of Princeton Road known as number 20 Princeton Road in said Sterling shown in the Assessors Map Plan Book as Map #93 Parcel #46 and being zoning Neighborhood Residential.
A hearing will be given on this application in the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, Sterling on Wednesday December 9, 2009 at 7:05 p.m. at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to the allowance of this application.
A copy of this application is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and may be seen during regular business hours.
