Notice is hereby given that application has been filed with the Sterling Board of Appeals by Bruce Hyche, Sterling Auto Body LLC (Tenants) to vary the terms of the Protective by-Law of the Town of Sterling with regard to property owned by EBAN Realty Trust and situated on the Southerly side of Chocksett Road in said Sterling known as number 9 Chocksett Road shown in the Assessors Map Plan book as Map #66 Lot #25 and being zoned Water Protection/Light Industrial and requests a variance to move existing used car license to above location.
A hearing will be given on this application in the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, Sterling on Wednesday December 9, 2009 at 6:35 p.m. at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to the allowance of this application.
A copy of this application is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and may be seen during regular business hours.
