BOARD OF APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that application has been filed with the Sterling Board of Appeals by Craig and Cynthia Miller to Appeal the decision of Sterling Building Inspector Mr. Mark Brodeur dated September 21, 2009 to cease operation of a commercial kennel on property owned by them and situated on the Easterly side of Chace Hill Road known as number 189 Chace Hill Road in said Sterling shown in the Assessors Map Plan Book as Map #18 Parcel #20 and being zoned Residential.
A hearing will be given on this application in the Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, Sterling on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to the allowance of this application.
A copy of this petition is on file at the Town Clerk's Office during regular business hours.
