BOARD OF APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that application has been filed with the Sterling Board of Appeals by Atlanta Gadoua, James Innamorati, and Christine Innamorati for a Special Permit for purposes of reconstruction of a single family home on property owned by them and situated on the Westerly side of Lakeshore Drive Road known as number 59 Lakeshore Drive in said Sterling shown in the Assessors Map Plan Book as Map # 149 Lot #37 and being zoned Rural Residence and Farming.
A hearing will be given on this application in the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, Sterling on Tuesday, June 8th, 2010 at 7:35 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to the allowance of this application.
A copy of this petition is on file at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
