Notice is hereby given that application has been filed with the Sterling Board of Appeals by Jason Baldarelli for an Administrative Appeal to appeal the order of zoning enforcement officer to continue to use the lot as a grandfathered storage yard for earth and sand on property owned by him and situated on the Westerly side of Worcester Road in said Sterling known as number 46 Worcester Road in said Sterling shown in the Assessors Map Plan Book as Map # 146 Lot # 1 and being zoned Commercial.

A hearing will be given on this application in the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, Sterling on Tuesday, February 9th , 2010 at 7:05pm. at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to the allowance of this application.

A copy of this petition is on file at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
