The Town of Sterling conducts the sale of surplus property by way of an internet based auction conducted by GovDeals, Inc., whose internet address is www.govdeals.com. All surplus property is being sold in an “as-is” condition without warranty express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
