BOARD OF APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that application has been filed with the Sterling Board of Appeals by Mr. Dick Man Agent for MetroPCS for a Special Permit for purposes of installing 6 new antennas at 98’ on existing tower, with coax cables inside and communications equipment adjacent to tower base on 10’ x 16’ concrete pad in expanded 11’ x 25’ fenced-in compound within lease area on property owned by Sterling Heights Builders Inc and situated on the Northwesterly side of Pine Woods Lane Road known as number 5 Pine Woods Lane in said Sterling shown in the Assessors Map Plan Book as Map # 84 Lot # 13 and being zoned Rural Residential.
A hearing will be given on this application in the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, Sterling on Tuesday, May 11th , 2010 at 7:35 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to the allowance of this application.
A copy of this petition is on file at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
