BOARD OF APPEALS
        
Notice is hereby given that application has been filed with the Sterling Board of Appeals by Bernard J. Diagle for a Special Permit to build a single family home with an in-law apartment for mother-in-law on property owned by him and situated on the Southerly side of Pheasant Hill Lane known as number Lot 5 B Pheasant Hill Lane (now known as 3 Pheasant Hill Lane) in said Sterling shown in the Assessors Map Plan Book as Map # 58 Lot # 5 B (now known as Lot # 12.6 ) and being zoned Rural Residential and Farming.

A hearing will be given on this application in the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, Sterling on Tuesday, April 13th , 2010 at 8:35 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to the allowance of this application.

A copy of this petition is on file at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
