BOARD OF APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that application has been filed with the Sterling Board of Appeals by Shirley Bonazolli for a Special Permit to build deck, stairs, and ramp consisting of 565 square feet on property owned by her and situated on the Westerly side of Lakeshore Drive known as number 65 Lakeshore Drive in said Sterling shown in the Assessors Map Plan Book as Map # 149 Lot # 34 and being zoned Residential.
A hearing will be given on this application in the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, 1 Park Street, Sterling on Tuesday, April 13th , 2010 at 8:05 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to the allowance of this application.
A copy of this petition is on file at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
